Registration and onboarding
Create a workspace, verify an email registration and complete the initial setup.
Use a test channel or sample conversation first. Confirm the visible result in ValueChat before applying the setup to production traffic.
How it works
- 01
Registration
Registration. Use the public sign-up form with a valid email, including personal email providers; a company domain is not required. Email registration uses the verification code flow before completing account access.
- 02
Google sign-in
Google sign-in. When configured for this installation, Google provides the identity verification. Both Google and form registration lead into workspace onboarding; Google login does not connect Sheets, Gmail or other Google business apps automatically.
- 03
Onboarding
Onboarding. Complete the workspace information and follow the available setup checklist. Add a channel, configure an agent and knowledge if needed, then establish routing and test a conversation.
- 04
Existing workspaces
Existing workspaces. Getting Started reflects setup/completion state, so its visibility can differ between accounts. Do not treat an existing email login as a new workspace or a new provider authorization.
- 05
Demo requests
Demo requests. The public Request demo form collects business needs, page count and AI-key preference for assessment. Submitting it does not automatically book a meeting, approve a trial or establish a subscription price.
What to verify
✓The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
✓The assigned person or agent matches the routing rule.
✓No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
✓Activity or execution history contains enough context to investigate.
Collect the workspace, channel, conversation and execution identifiers, then contact support@valuechat.app. Never send API keys or passwords.
