Help center and saved replies
Publish supported help content and reuse approved human reply snippets.
Use a test channel or sample conversation first. Confirm the visible result in ValueChat before applying the setup to production traffic.
How it works
- 01
Help center
Help center. Use available portal, article, category and locale settings to organize customer help content. Publishing a portal makes its intended articles public; draft/private material should remain restricted.
- 02
Saved replies
Saved replies. Configure reusable human reply snippets for common answers, then choose the appropriate one from the conversation composer. Check facts before sending.
- 03
Knowledge distinction
Knowledge distinction. A help-center article or saved reply is not automatically an agent knowledge grant. Add/index the relevant source and link the appropriate knowledge base when AI retrieval is required.
- 04
Workspace settings
Workspace settings. Role permissions, enabled features and installation configuration determine which publishing and content controls are available. Do not infer a separately verified public portal from an enabled menu.
What to verify
✓The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
✓The assigned person or agent matches the routing rule.
✓No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
✓Activity or execution history contains enough context to investigate.
Collect the workspace, channel, conversation and execution identifiers, then contact support@valuechat.app. Never send API keys or passwords.
