Ready-made agent templates
Create Receptionist, Sales and Support agents with prepared instructions and suitable skills.
Use a test channel or sample conversation first. Confirm the visible result in ValueChat before applying the setup to production traffic.
How it works
- 01
Individual template
Individual template. Choose a role, review the prepared unsaved editor, select a valid model connection/model ID and adapt the business facts before publishing that agent.
- 02
Ready team
Ready team. The team option creates separate Receptionist, Sales and Support agents with linked peer assignment targets. Receptionist handles initial direction, Sales handles sales enquiries and qualification, and Support handles service requests and escalation.
- 03
Skills and data
Skills and data. Templates include relevant permitted contact/tag, internal-note and close behaviors; the Sales role can use qualification/lifecycle settings. Review any starter tags and stage definitions introduced by the template.
- 04
Customize
Customize. Add only the knowledge and connected actions needed by that business. A generic template has no live inventory, school information or store credentials of its own.
- 05
Routing
Routing. Creating agents does not replace existing inbox routing or automatically send customer messages. Publish and test the agents, then configure the workflow or assignment entry point. A standalone template cannot assume peer agents exist.
What to verify
✓The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
✓The assigned person or agent matches the routing rule.
✓No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
✓Activity or execution history contains enough context to investigate.
Collect the workspace, channel, conversation and execution identifiers, then contact support@valuechat.app. Never send API keys or passwords.
