Actions. Search accessible pages, get page information, read blocks, create a page and append supported text content.

Scope. Resource access follows the pages shared with the Notion integration. It is not an unrestricted workspace export or a full Notion database editor.

Use. Read the intended parent/page first, then pass actual IDs and confirmed content. Confirm the new page or appended block before reporting success.

Setup. Provider app configuration and consent must be complete; a model prompt cannot expand the Notion grant.
What to verify
✓The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
✓The assigned person or agent matches the routing rule.
✓No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
✓Activity or execution history contains enough context to investigate.
