Manage app-created meeting spaces and distinguish them from scheduled appointments.
Use a test channel or sample conversation first. Confirm the visible result in ValueChat before applying the setup to production traffic.
How it works

Connection
Connection. Authorize Meet and grant the relevant app-created spaces. Calendar authorization is separate.

Actions. List, create, get and update supported meeting spaces, or end an active conference for an authorized space.

Scheduling
Scheduling. Creating a Meet space produces meeting-space details. It does not create a Calendar event or send invitations on its own.

Execution
Execution. Ending a conference is a real external action. Use the intended meeting identifier and verify the provider response before claiming it ended.
What to verify
✓The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
✓The assigned person or agent matches the routing rule.
✓No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
✓Activity or execution history contains enough context to investigate.
