01What this covers

This policy explains how ValueChat processes information when organizations use the platform to manage customer conversations, connected communication channels, AI agents, workflows, and knowledge sources.

02Information we process

  • Account and workspace information provided by users and administrators.
  • Customer conversation content and channel identifiers received through connected services.
  • Configuration, knowledge content, tags, assignments, workflow activity, and operational logs.
  • Technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

03How information is used

We use information to provide the inbox, deliver messages, run configured AI agents and workflows, maintain customer context, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.

04Connected services

When a workspace connects services such as Meta channels or an AI model provider, relevant data may be sent to those providers to perform the requested function. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.

05Control and retention

Workspace administrators control channel connections, users, agents, knowledge, and workflows. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

06Your choices

You can ask your workspace administrator to correct or delete customer and account information. For a platform-level deletion request, follow the steps on the data deletion page.

07Updates

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest published version.

Questions about data in a specific workspace should first go to the organization that operates that workspace.
