## Before you start

Use a test channel or sample conversation first. Confirm the result before applying the setup to production traffic.

## How it works

1. Connect. Authorize the configured Notion integration and choose which pages to share in the provider consent screen.

2. Actions. Search accessible pages, get page information, read blocks, create a page and append supported text content.

3. Scope. Resource access follows the pages shared with the Notion integration. It is not an unrestricted workspace export or a full Notion database editor.

4. Use. Read the intended parent/page first, then pass actual IDs and confirmed content. Confirm the new page or appended block before reporting success.

5. Setup. Provider app configuration and consent must be complete; a model prompt cannot expand the Notion grant.

## What to verify

- The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
- The assignment matches the configured routing.
- No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
- Activity or execution history explains the result.
