## Before you start

Use a test channel or sample conversation first. Confirm the result before applying the setup to production traffic.

## How it works

1. Connect. Authorize the configured Linear application with the required read/write permissions.

2. Actions. List teams, list/get issues, create an issue, update an issue and add a comment.

3. Targets. Discover the real team, issue, state and other supported identifiers instead of guessing them from a display name.

4. Scope. Access follows the authorized Linear user and provider permissions; this connector does not introduce an additional per-team resource selector.

5. Effects. Issue creation, edits and comments change the shared project. Review the result and avoid duplicate creation after an uncertain network response.

## What to verify

- The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
- The assignment matches the configured routing.
- No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
- Activity or execution history explains the result.
