# Google Meet actions

## Before you start

Use a test channel or sample conversation first. Confirm the result before applying the setup to production traffic.

## How it works

1. Connection. Authorize Meet and grant the relevant app-created spaces. Calendar authorization is separate.

2. Actions. List, create, get and update supported meeting spaces, or end an active conference for an authorized space.

3. Scheduling. Creating a Meet space produces meeting-space details. It does not create a Calendar event or send invitations on its own.

4. Execution. Ending a conference is a real external action. Use the intended meeting identifier and verify the provider response before claiming it ended.

## What to verify

- The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
- The assignment matches the configured routing.
- No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
- Activity or execution history explains the result.
