## Before you start

Use a test channel or sample conversation first. Confirm the result before applying the setup to production traffic.

## How it works

1. Access. Authorize Docs and select the resources required by the workspace use case. Sharing a document with Google is distinct from selecting it for an agent.

2. Actions. List/create/read documents, append/insert/replace text, copy an approved template and export supported PDF or text output.

3. Target. Use the real document and tab identifiers to avoid editing the wrong tab. Read the intended area before a targeted change.

4. Output. Large content is bounded. Exported private artifacts use account-scoped references, not an assumption that a public download URL exists.

5. Limits. This action set is not every formatting operation in the Google Docs API. Verify the visible document or export before reporting completion.

## What to verify

- The expected channel, conversation, contact or execution is visible.
- The assignment matches the configured routing.
- No customer-facing message claims an action that failed.
- Activity or execution history explains the result.
